From September 26 to 28, 2025, the picturesque coastal stretch between Vieste and Peschici in Gargano hosted the final round of the Italian Windsurf Slalom Fin & Foil Championship – Senior and Youth, organized by Gargano Sailing Club SSD in collaboration with the Italian Sailing Federation (FIV) Zone VIII and the Italian Windsurf Classes Association (AICW).
Over 50 athletes from across Italy delivered spectacular racing in the crystal-clear waters and winds of Gargano, facing varied conditions that tested both technique and endurance.
Giacomo Barro – a leading figure in the discipline and competing with determination this season – is ready to take on this important national showcase. The event represents not only an opportunity to confirm his skills in Slalom Fin & Foil, but also a key moment to gain experience ahead of upcoming international commitments.
